My husband and I had the privilege of working with Risa to design our home. From our very first meeting with her until the day when we received “Final Inspection Approval” from the City of Redondo Beach, Risa was by our side guiding us, advising us, and sharing in our excitement in watching our dream home come true.
Risa took the time to get to know us and to understand what was important to us in regards to the design of our home, dealing with the City of Redondo Beach, regarding City Codes, permits, etc.
Risa was always available to us, either in person or just a phone conversation, and always made us feel that we were her only client.
Risa was also instrumental in helping us find a contractor. She recommended two highly skilled contractors to interview and provide us bids. We did choose one of the contractors Risa recommended, B. Martin Construction. We are happy to say that Risa guided us in the right direction with her recommendation. B. Martin Construction provided us with quality workmanship from every employee of B. Martin Construction to every sub-contractor that worked on the project. We couldn’t be happier.
With everything said and done, as a true testament to Risa’s ability, work ethics, and competency, if my husband and I were to go down the “remodel path” again, we’d definitely have Risa right beside us for that next adventure.
