Complete transformation of an existing two story plus basement home in Lunada Bay area of Palos Verdes Estates.  The existing home was dark and outdated with a winding staircase in the entry that obstructed flow causing the entry to look crowded and unnecessarily complicated.  A new contemporary stair leads to a landing that is greeted with a glass bridge over the existing foyer.  The bridge cuts through the two story foyer without providing access to the second master bedroom yet maintains the openness to the space below.
