Finley Multifamily
New multifamily housing designed for urban life near Hillhurst
Located walking distance to Hillhurst in Los Feliz, this 30 unit multifamily residential structure is designed using the TOC incentives. Large openings on every facade is extruded and recessed creating outdoor areas for the individual units. The roof top is accessed via stairs through the central courtyard that ties the two outdoor areas together featuring architectural details such as floating stairs and mesh screens.
