Huang Via Segovia Residence

An existing residence sitting on the coast in Palos Verdes Estates needed a complete renovation.  The Spanish Colonial facade is updated with additions to optimize the panoramic ocean view.  Every window opening is being replaced to better capture views and daylight while being true to the historic style.

Inside, the house takes on a contemporary flair — edited clean lines with calming material palette.
